Hi Holly,

Thank you for the reaching out.

I would suggest that you average the rate over a couple times, just in case it is placed in an area that might see more movement than another.

We are hearing that sometimes it can be a little sensitive to any movement, not just steps, as in side to side movement as well.

I hope that helps!

Hi Carley- the handles are ½ pound each.

Hello – I have a jogi weighted jump rope. How much weight is in the handles? I would like to know. Thanks

Hi there! Please press the mode button repeatedly and it will cycle through 5 modes: calorie burn counter, distance counter, timer, stopwatch mode and step counter – you will know you are in step counter mode when the display is just a sequence of numbers without a unit display at the top. Hit the reset button and it will turn to zeros, then it should automatically begin counting once it detects motion of 5 consecutive steps.

Hello

I am trying to get a jogi pedometer working for a friend and it doesn’t count steps all other functions seem to work except for steps. The operationg instructins don’t talk about setting up your step distance or anything any ideas on what the problem is?

We will look into this for you and see what we can share.

I bought the jogi exercise bands but they came with two handles attached (I’ve never seen this before) – would you mind putting some demo exercises on this website so I can see how to use this to the full potential? Thanks, Rebecca

  • I do pretty hot and sweaty yoga classes 4-5 times a week and spending $60 on several yoga mat towels hurts so I’ve been doing a lot of laundry. That is until I saw the jogi towels for $25. I can’t tell you how excited I was! I’ve used them and they are just as effective and feel just as nice as the more expensive towels. I am thoroughly satisfied and can’t wait to buy more jogi products as well. Everything in the line looks nice and sleek-love it!

Hi Joanne – we need a few more details from you to figure out the problem. Just sent you a note.

I have a jogi pedometer, and can’t seem to get it to work, am I doing something wrong.

    Hi Kevin,
Unfortunately the standard maximum weight is 300lbs on all our Jogi exercise balls.

Posted by Joe Fresh® Team May 11, 2011 3:07 pm

Where do I find out the weight limit of the exercise ball? I am between 320 – 350 lbs but would like to find an exercise ball to start doing ab crunches along with the cardio I am doing now!

  • I just got the jogi balance board at Loblaws for $20. Cool!

    Posted by d February 7, 2011 9:30 pm

They don’t look like they are offered at Joe Fresh in Loblaws. That’s unfortunate.
